Activity description
Very close to the capital of Jaén lies one of the most impressive landscapes in the province: the Sierra Sur de Jaén.
This place stands out for the beauty of its limestone cliffs, where griffon vultures, black wheatears, and Bonelli's eagles, among others, nest.
Enjoy a 4x4 excursion led by expert local guides through the Sierra Sur of Jaén, with the goal of observing birds in the wild.
During the tour, your guide will identify the species you observe and explain the characteristics of their habitat, as well as aspects of their biology and behavior. You'll also learn to differentiate them by their songs.
The itinerary is designed to try to spot as many species as possible and can be organized based on the species you wish to observe during the day.

Observation of target species can range from a few meters to several hundred meters. This is a factor that cannot be controlled during activities.

Physical fitness isn't essential, but you should be able to walk for short distances. If you have any physical limitations, please let us know when booking.
